First find the video you want in the list, then the type of computer you are using (Windows or Mac), and then the speed of your connection.

If you plan to watch the movies multiple times with different groups of students, you may wish to download the files to save bandwidth. Right click on the link you want and then click 'Save Target As' or 'Save Link As,' and save the file to your hard drive.
