Created by Maxis and published by Electronic Arts (EA), this software is a simulation/city building computer game and is the official software for the Future City National Competition. It allows the user to watch, experience and draw conclusions about the complex relationships and dynamics of citizens' needs, growth, taxation, revenues and sustainability.
