Teams should develop a clear statement of what needs to be accomplished on their project, including a list of deliverables. They should also have a project budget and schedule or timeline for the completion of their work. Special consideration will be given to teams that list potential unexpected events/situations they though of that might present challenges for their project and what they did to prevent them. |
