Ciudad del Suelo

Welcome to Ciudad del Suelo. The city is located 200 feet below the earth’s surface in North Dakota, United States. The reason for locating the city under ground is that in the year 2200, the ozone layer is very near depletion. The Plexiglas roof is tinted for ultraviolet protection but it also allows for natural sunlight to enter the city.

Solaria

Solaria’s business and education feats are unrivaled, but the city’s design is its greatest accomplishment. A green belt surrounds the city much like the rings of a target. This breaks up the compact design of the city. Parks and other recreational sites are located in the green belt. Therefore residents have a place to slow down and relax in this high-paced era.
